Dear Leader,
Well done on becoming a leader. You know, people think it's easy. Let me tell you, it's not. As the "Spiderman" adage reminds us: With power comes responsibility.
Well the first responsibility a leader has is to care for her people. Really care.
So if great leaders really care, why do they send the footsoldiers to the front?
Is a dream or ideology really worth the loss of a single life?
